The market is tough out there these days! I know. I’m new to real estate investing, but from January 2018 through August of that same year, I had tried every single “traditional route” to purchase investment properties. I had an investor-friendly real estate agent, access to the MLS, free online sites, auctions, you name it! I tried traditional financing and some creative financing too.
